We decided we were going to sell our house about a year ago and had Deb come over to discuss, but it was put on the back burner due to our circumstances.
Three weeks ago we decided the time was right to sell so had Deb come over again to complete the contracts, organise photos etc on the Wednesday.
This was done and within 2 days the house was on the market and the first open home was on the Saturday.
We had an amazing open house with 36 groups through. The next week we had numerous private inspections and the following Saturday open home we had another 31 groups through.
