Throughout the whole selling process, Vicky was always punctual and kept us updated. After each open home I received a comprehensive report of all the prospective buyers who had viewed the property.
Vicky always was there to give advice and answer any questions that I had. At no time did I feel 'pressured' to sell and Vicky waited until the perfect buyer came along who then ended up buying our house. Vicky even came around with a bottle of French champagne to help us celebrate the sale.

When we listed with Patrick we knew the property market had started to decline, and we were worried that we had left it too late to get our land on the market. Patrick suggested we auction the land and do the auction online, that way weather would not impact the auction and the buyers would feel more comfortable bidding. We liked the idea of an online auction as we thought it would be less pressure for us. The auction itself was great. There were almost 70 bids, and we sold for way over our reserve.
